This is a truly decadent sponge with rich chocolate ganache and caramel. The sponge is a fudgy chocolate sponge and each layer has a covering of homemade caramel and rich Belgian chocolate ganache. The whole cake is covered in the ganache and then coated with a fine chocolate crumb.
